Came with "quick start" card but no maintenance or cleaning instructions.

Ongoing cleaning or maintenance instructions were included. Descaling should be performed from time to time.

Overall Great Unit

Easy to use right out of the box. Just ran a few cycles of water as the instructions said. Reservoir is nice since I drink about 42 oz. a day. Has an auto off, but can be over ridden. Nothing fancy which is exactly what I wanted. My travel mug, 16oz, fits under drip area. Nice to be able to choose between, 6, 8, 10, or 12. Still trying to figureout if the Strong button really makes the coffee stronger. I use it when I do multiple fills. I think you can use Knockoff k-cups because I use my old water only grey dispenser. Price was only issue because I bought it on Prime. Paid about 20 bucks more.

Love this thing.

I'd like to see one of these that can be plumbed into the house with a float switch. Love the huge tank. I would also like to see an autofeeder for K-cups that discards the old kup and loads a new one automagically. Love this thing.

Great upgrade from model B60!

Had the B60 for a few years. Didn’t like the dripping that would occur up to several minutes after brewing. Would leave a paper towel on drip tray to soak up the drips. Suppose this was because the unit does not clear the line at end of brew. So we opted to get the K1500. K1500 Pros: larger water tank, 4 brew sizes Plus a strong brew option and no residual dripping after brewing- you can here the unit clear the water from the line as the brewing finishes- nice clean drip tray! Heats up pretty quick to brew a cup right after powering on. Cons: No clock and no way to set time to power on/off feature, unit must always be turned on manually The pros win!

Are You A Weight Lifter

Overall a well performing machine but with a significant design flaw. The water reserve tank is very "elongated which means that given it’s size, it’s weight is off balanced when full. When you refill the tank and hold it by the handle, the weight and shape makes it like trying to hold a broadsword by the tip. What is worse, is that Keurig seems to acknowledge the balance issue as a small lip, for second hand support, is moulded into the plastic tank at the other end. The offset weight may be a consideration for those with arthritis or limited lifting abilities. The simple remedy is to leave the reserve tank in place and refill with jug, however in my humble opinion, designers and product managers should not have approved a product at this price which relies on the consumer having equipment on hand to supplement their product. While George and Danny may be suitable pitchmen for Nescafé, Arnold may be a better choice for this product.

Save your money, don't buy this! They are a POS!

I have a long history with keurig, these are disposable units! The amazon vendor even replaced it once for us, no issue with them, but as usual all keurig coffee makers eventually produce less and less output! 12 ounce setting producing 3 oz's? Yes, even cleaning and using keurig's descalling solution yields nothing. Yes suggestions on utube won't get you anywhere. This unit was supposed to be commercial small office grade, and the cost reflects that....but I wouldn't purchase again. Good luck finding replacement parts, even if you contact Keurig there is no real technical support, therefore they are throw away.....so.....buyer beware. Step up or step down, just don't choose Keurig! Just replaced it with $20 Mainstays from wallmart and it works better.
