Works Great

I have a neck injury from the late 80's; that is rearing it ugly head as I get older. This pillow is now my champion when working out and doing YOGA. As some have stated, it was not full enough for my needs. I just took a couple of crew socks and stuffed them in the ends ( on the inside of the pillow case ) - till I got it perfect. Highly recommended this pillow, with the understanding that every body, neck or head needs something different - and I think if it's not filled enough --- there is a easy solution to resolve that.

Best small diameter neck support

Most neck pillows are way too big for how I sleep. This one fits and conforms just right. It's only 3.5" diameter so if you want a larger one don't get this one. But I find it just right (and the small size is hard to find).

I sleep with this at the base of my head every night and it really helps my spine. If it was a few inches longer, I would have given it 5 stars!

Needs more buckwheat

This pillow is seriously lacking filling, pretty much only about 1.5 in. high when lying flat. Going to have to add pony beads or something
