Measure before you purchase.

I purchased this item to replace an outdated brass door passage handle set. Like a dummy I assumed the measurements would be standard. Unfortunately I learned they are not the hard way. I had to drill a new hole bottom hole an inch lower than the original and fill the old hole with caulk until I can make a permanent fix with bondo in the spring.

Easy install, so so finish, does not match the assure line finish 100%.

The finish on mine was not that great, it was new but had some imperfections. I expected it to be in prefect shape as it was new. The color/finish of satin really was not a prefect match to my Assure keypad. I expect a bit more for the price.

Poor quality wont stand the test of time

Poor quality and much too expensive. I had to order two of these just to find one that wasn't broken out of the package. The botton stud/threaded barrel is not cast into the body of the handleset but is instead very loosely threaded into the main assembly. The first one I received was stripped out and the second I had to be very careful installing because it looked like it was going to fall apart if I looked at it wrong. To top it off the fit and finish just feels cheap in general. I would never have used this in the first place but it matches the Nest doorbell and there aren't many options that match. If you have any choice DO NOT buy this.

Missing Pin.

I like the handle it matches perfect with the Yale lock I have. Only problem was the inside doorknob is suppose to have a pin the doorknob slides onto. Mine was missing and the doorknob slides right off. I stuck a screw in the hole that seems to be working for now.

Arrived in used condition

Product arrived in obviously used condition. It was dirty, dusty and missing all the screws needed to install. This was the second faulty unusable door hardware set I’ve purchased from Amazon. I just went to the local big home improvement store so I could see what I was actually getting.
