Issue with Staining after Rain

The chairs were difficult to put together some of the holes required additional drill out to complete, the 4th chair in image on the bottom hole it was off by a lot and will not line up fortunately it is on the underside of the front not visible. The table was outside on patio and we had rain came thru, I went to wipe the excess water off after rain and on the table top it had a couple of white areas which at the time I assumed was from a bird, however when I wiped them the stain came off, see images, there are several joints that have the white marks as well. I had just ordered a table cover to prevent the table from being exposed to the rain however it arrived during the rain so I was unable to get the table covered. I also ordered the teak oil which should arrive today. I assumed that the table and chairs would last more than 2 days without 1st coat of teak oil applied according to instructions, they did not state that it must be applied before placing furniture outside. I am hoping to find out what can be done for these two spots on top of my table or have the table top replaced.
