Vigo VG03023RB vessel sink faucet

I was a tad concerned about the rubbed oil color and texture. It turned out that my worries were for naught. Beautiful dark bronze, and the texture given by the rubbing process (basically just tiny parallel scratches left by a power brush no doubt) gives it a metallic reflection. Excellent finish. Solid built, and with beautiful lines; dare I say sensuous? For people interested in exact dimensions (like me), the spout length is listed on some web sites at 6 3/8". That is actually taken from the back face of the column to the tip of the spout: "outside-to-outside", so to speak. The "center-to-center" dimension is 5", and the spout real length taken from the front end of the column to the center of the spout is 4.1", to be very precise. I knew what I'll be getting, and I would have preferred an extra inch, but this particular faucet was sooooo... apealing to me (or is it appaling?), that I decided to get it nonetheless. I'll mount it a little closer to the rim of the vessel, and leave just enough clearance for fingers, to wipe clean the sink. My other choice would have been a Fontaine NF-EUSV-BB, but... no contest. The matching Bottle Trap is a Pegasus in Heritage Bronze color (not here yet), and I've read in another review here that matches the Vigo oil rubbed nicely. Not too concerned about it, as the faucet will sit on top and the bottle below the countertop, with quite different lighting conditions. Cheers, Liviu.

Great Faucet For Vessel Sinks

First off, I've installed a lot of faucets over the years, from Hansgrohe to Moen to Kohler. For this project I'd ordered some custom vessel sinks for a master bathroom project in a high end bathroom and was researching suitable faucets. After finding this one and realized it was exactly what I was looking for, I did some research and learned it was from a reliable company, had good ratings and was well made. Well made is an understatement! This is a beautiful satin nickel faucet that is really massive. The weight amazed me when I took it out of the box. All the mounting hardware and finish is precision made and first class. I'm sure the faucet will last for years. Assembly was easy, mounting directly to granite countertops. The faucet mounted securely with zero movement on the countertop. I highly recommend this faucet if it meets your needs.

Love it.

Ordered the black single lever vessel bathroom faucet a year ago & love it. Had a good heavy feel out of box, easy to install, & turns on & off very smoothly. Looks great - we did a little rustic look when we remodeled bathroom & paired it with a white rectangle vessel sink - works great together.

Nice and sturdy faucet

This is a very nice, heavy, and sturdy faucet. Also very easy to install. It also comes with the water supply hoses, so that's kind of nice. I have purchased a two different Vigo faucets before for the other bathrooms and have been very happy with them. However, for this particular model, the rubbed bronze is much lighter than I would have wanted it.

Gorgeous. Update to “Needs replacement”

*******Beautiful, heavy, well made bathroom faucet. I had it installed by a plumber and he had no issues. I love the bronzy finish but it is different from other oil rubbed bronze hardware I have purchased. Update 2019: the finish has been disintegrating during the almost 5 years of extremely light use. It is installed in a not often used powder room. I will be replacing it this year. It works fine but it is ugly. Really a disappointment because I love the style.

Very nice quality. Heavy! Smooth movement of handle and beautiful. Unfortunately, I had to send it back because it did not match my other "oil rubbed bronze" trim in the bathroom. Way to bright of bronze for that. I would not call this oil rubbed bronze at all. Gorgeous, but wrong color.

Works smoothly and looks perfect

We have this with a white bowl sink and it looks great. The lever moves up and down very smoothly so you can get the smallest trickle of water if you want, or obviously full blast too. The only complaint is that it didn't come with a matching sink drain or the option to buy one separately, so we bought a different brand that isn't the exact same color of "bronze"...oh well we tried!

Excellent faucet

I just received this beautiful faucet for my master bath. The faucet is gorgeous and the pictures don't do it justice. It is solid metal and better quality than expected. I bought this faucet to complement my Vigo Industries VG07019 Copper Mosaic Glass Bathroom Vessel Sink. The two items work well together.
