We love it

This item made mostly-unusable space in our cabinet usable. It was not at all easy to install and I had to do it several times because the instructions were not that useful. I eventually got the spacing right but it was more time-consuming than I expected. In the end it was worth it. No more digging deep in the back of a corner cabinet when I can put items on these shelves. This is not a perfect solution to the problem but it is very useful and we're happy to have it.

I have one already installed in one lower corner cabinet (kitchen) and it’s great. I need to install this one; as soon as I find a minute. They are so worth it!!!

Horrible Instructions Included

The media could not be loaded. After disagreeing with my way more mechanically inclined husband that the instructions were incorrect, we finally came back to the Amazon order, and it actually shows you correctly how to install. DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED INSTRUCTIONS. I wasn't able to get ALL my items back into the cabinet, but I did expect that, and now it's a good time to declutter. I do like the soft close of the shelf. This is way more convenient that trying to get down and reach all the way back into the cupboard.

Instructions lacking. But works great.

The instructions included are awful. It would appear that the bracket that screws to the cabinet box not the pole is mounted in the back corner of the cabinet when it’s actually mounted in the door opening. It comes with a paper template to place against the side of the cabinet to show you where the pole mounting bracket is located. Where the paper template pushes against the cabinet box is where the metal swing arm bracket is mounted. Once mounted it’s a super easy install. Takes all of 10 minutes total to install the product. I have installed much for a complicated blind corner pull outs that cost six to $800. This one is the same quality as the expensive ones.

Installation instructions are poor, wastes a lot of space, center pole mechanism seems very flimsy.

The center pole mechanism seems very flimsy. Only time will tell if the clamp to keep the center pole lock in position will remain in place (I am very doubtful). The welds look poor (gaps/holes in the weld joints). The rest of the issue I can live with, but really the center pole is my biggest fear/concern regarding long term durability.

Impossible to install

This looks really neat BUT is just about impossible to install and assemble. We had to return it.

Not for small bottom cabinets

After trying to install this for WAY too long, I was finally able to get this setup correctly. I soon realized this would be better suited for a larger bottom cabinet. Mine has a drawer and a cabinet. The drawer meant that the top shelf could only be a few inches high. Which I didn’t find useful at all. I returned the item. Additionally, the installation instructions were horrendous.
