The design is really cute and I love the shape. But, there is a very noticeable dent on the front of the bag. And one of the zippers is broken. The slider is only attached to one side of the teeth. I was expecting better quality from the Vera Bradley store. My husband bought this 2 months ago for my birthday and neglected to check it before giving it to me (2 months later) so, it's past the return time.
