Quality product with multiple uses.

They do what they propose to do quite well. They are sturdy yet flexible and the cubes are attractive, even for non-golfers. The large size is trendy for cocktails to reduce watery melting. One will do. But I will confess to a different use. A warm, large hard boiled egg goes into the oiled mold and is then chilled. Out comes a perfect golf ball egg! Served on a cracker crumb sand trap with aioli on the side. Just fun.

Hard to fill

I purchased three. When it works is great but it is difficult to get the entire ball filled with water and freeze correctly. Many times it is half filled when opened and you end up with a half ice golf ball.

Disappointing

I was excited to purchase this item as part of a golf themed basket I made for my husband. Sadly, this is a disappointment. It doesn’t stay closed in the freezer and it is rather flimsy.

❗️Do not buy. Mold does not work

There is virtually no seal between the two hemispheres of the mold. After filling from the top hole, the water leaks out. You're left with a freezer covered in ice and half of a frozen golf ball when you try to extract. I even tried setting something on top of the mold to create a better "seal" and the leak still occurred. Save your $10.

DO NOT BUY THESE!

Although the idea behind these is great...in practice they simply don't work. I tried to pour warm water over the silicone to loosen it from the ice...didn't work. By the time I could peel the top portion off, it just looked like a melted round ice ball. Amazon was great to provide refund.
