Defective product not supported by provider

The two Doussal pots have developed pits in the inside stainless steel layer bottoms. The pots had been used only twice to boil good quality household well water and were hand washed only, as recommended in the Trangia instructions. There is an obvious problem with the stainless steel layer of the pots I received. The pitting has extended into the aluminum outer layer - i.e. a total compromise of the integrity of these pots. I contacted CampSaver through Amazon, seeking replacement pots and requested that they contact Trangia to determine if they have had manufacturing problems with these pots. CampSaver's response was to apologize for my having received defective pots and they informed me that I had to contact Trangia directly myself to see if they would entertain providing warranty replacement pots. So, I am having to report here that CampSaver does not provide support for defecting product and all buyers must beware. I truly hate writing reviews like this. But, I don't want others to get burned by purchasing from CampSaver.
