great little track

I bought this for my grandson because he loves trains. It was a hit except trying to assemble is hard for a 4 yr. old. I usually have to put it together.

Could be better

Bought this for my Thomas obsessed 4yr old and it holds up okay. I wish the tracks would click and stick together way better but they are plastic and the arches and turns aren’t many to choose from so there’s that. Overall okay could be better.

Perfect for expanding existing Fisher-Price Thom. & Friends sets

We have two existing Thomas & Friends sets, and I have already tried combining them to make them more interesting. However, I've been very limited by the lack of straight track and the fact that we have only one switch between the two sets: any branch off this switch is a branch to a dead-end which is not a lot of fun. This track extension kit provides three additional switches, lots of straight track, a raised platform, and more curve pieces than you'll probably ever need. The quality and design is the same as the original sets, so everything is compatible. The accompanying photo show how I was able to add a working branch to our existing sets by adding just one orange switch and three turquoise straight tracks. I didn't even need to use the turquoise curves; I had curves left over from the original sets. And the bucket is still full of more pieces and two more switches and the pl;atform. We can move this to the floor and expand it to fill up the whole room.

Kids’ train tracks

This is a track expansion for your kids’ existing Trackmaster train set. Contains no actual engines or cars. Time will tell if it survives the grandkids, but so far so good.

Liked everything about the master track set . The price was right and it works well the other sets . Would recommend because the child css as n handle all track and connections.

Great value for money and easy to build. Lots of track versions to make and hours of fun. I love that is all stores in a box and is easy to put away.

Doesn't work with all Trackmaster sets

Nice set, but beware, if you have the Trackmaster sets that fit together like puzzle pieces this set will not work with those unfortunately. It would be nice if the lid actually latched on like it's supposed to. Otherwise, the set has enough pieces to make some large and interesting tracks.

Different ways of putting the track

This was an add on to the big set we brought for our Grandson. He loves it and having the different colours is great. The container acts as a piece of the track too making a little hill and then he pack it away after play and keep it safe. Really nice and good product. Thank you
