Durable and works well

This is a great safety wall mountable retractable rope divider. Only issue was packaging. They only gave me one of the two opposite wall mount parts. I still haven’t received the part. We needed it quickly and ended up ordering the pet separately. Other than that the actual product is durable and works great.

I thought the retractable belt was going to be yellow and black. Was delivered straight black.

The latch snapped!

We just attached these to the wall to use even though we ordered them months ago. After a few uses, the end latch pulled off the belt and it retracted through the slot rendering it useless and unfixable. It is similar to a drawstring getting lost in the garment.

ordered 2 got 2 differnt products

I ordered two of these and got two different brands that cannot hook together. Fortunately I will be able to make it work, I am scheduled to install the next day so I don't have time to return.

One of these that we ordered fell apart when we ...

One of these that we ordered fell apart when we were mounting. It was a nightmare. The other 2 seems to be holding up but we have only used them for 12 days this year.

Slide attachment is tricky!

This is a great in door or hallway stop belt. But the slide head which attaches to the wall has a very small latch on the bottom of it which is a bit of a pain.
