Happy with this blanket so far

I’ve been through many heated blankets over the years! Sadly they don’t seem to last as long as they used to. My fingers are cross this one will last longer than a year before it dies. I’ve only had it for a week at the time of this review. The good- this is the first blanket I’ve had with an app control feature. I love being able to control it from my phone! As with any wifi enabled device I’ve used, it was a little tricky to set up initially, but not nearly as challenging as some other devices. The app is easy to use and has a scheduling feature which I love. I’m quite picky through the night and know when I want it on and can set multiple schedules. The wires are the thinnest of any blanket I have had and also lay nice and flat, not stiff and raised. The so-so- this blanket is not as hot as previous blankets I’ve had. However, it seems to warm me more evenly, and so I’ve been happy with it. I do not like the fabric at all. I would not call this fleece. It is very soft, but is more like a Sherpa feeling to me. I don’t like how Sherpa gets things stuck in it over time, and I feel like that will happen with this blanket.

Convenient

It’s very convenient to be able to operate this blanket remotely via wifi. I use Alexa a lot in my home for different types of automation. I love the ability to turn this blanket on/off with my phone, or set a schedule for it to operate…assuring that I will slip into a very warm and comfortable bed. That being said, I don’t like the feel of the very noticeable wires running through the blanket….just makes me uncomfortable. To minimize this, I always use the blanket between 2 other layers. Doesn’t seem so bad that way.

Sunbeam does it again!

Heroicly soft, I don't really use the wifi part but it's nice to have. It's perfect and ive been buying sunbeam for years. Their blankets outlast any other heated bedding brand, hands down.

Easy to use and comfortable… color is misleading

This blanket was very easy to set up and use. I love having the ability to use a manual controller as well as their app, which both work very well and I have no issues using it over the past few weeks. The only thing I’m disappointed about is the color. I ordered grey and it’s really a deep blue with some grey in it. Other than that I definitely appreciate all the features and it’s quite comfortable. The blanket heats up fairly quickly, at least fast enough for me and my partner.

Stiff wires, but otherwise pretty nice!

My 10+ year old warming blanket from another company died on me over the holidays. We have a lot of smart features in our house and I was very excited to find this blanket that I can either voice activate or set a routine for through Alexa. This blanket would be perfect save for two things...the heating wires are VERY stiff and pronounced compared to my older blanket and they don't seem to warm particularly even across the blanket. It's not noticeable once it reaches whatever operating temperature and starts holding in your own heat, but as it warms up there are very noticeable warm/cold spots.

Works but sheds

The blanket works as advertised. The app controls functions easily. I like being able to preheat the bed before going up to my room, and choose separate temps for left & right sides. However, the blanket sheds a lot! I bought the dark grey one and use light colored sheets. I’m continuously doing double-takes because I think I’m seeing a bug in my bed but it’s just the blanket shedding chunks of fuzz. It’s kind of annoying.

Love!!!

I work nights and turn this in before I leave work. Bed is warm when I am finally able to crawl in. It doesn’t get as hot as other electric blankets and throws but that is offset by being able to pre-warm the bed with my phone. Such a great purchase!!

Life Changing

Never again must I deal with the chills. It has a pre-heat option but honestly even if you turn it on after you get into bed it warms up very quickly. I love that I can set the timer and change it from my phone if needed without having to leave my warm blanket cocoon ????

Great Product

Cost more than others but worth every penny. This blanket is light, heats up quickly and is very soft. Was easy to program into iPhone and works great with Alexa With Alexa you can on/off and even change heat levels. If I ever need another electric blanket would definitely buy this product
