Prevously had Prestige but hard to come by where I live. Bought the "gold standard" brand-- Littman---Lightweight SE II---Couldn't hear a damn thing. Saw this one on sale so thought I'd try. It's the bomb. I'm a little worried at work now that word is getting out-- I don't wan't it to grow legs!!!
