Quality out of the box

Was looking for a shallow dish I could lift with one hand. Is Devine and easy to clean.

Best fish pan

I love the size, weight and look of this pan! The navy color is beautiful and accurately portrayed in the pics online. I have used this pan several times to cook fish. It is shallow but long enough to do a large fillet of salmon, or multiple fillets of smaller fish. It cooks evenly and cleans up well. I am disappointed that Staub now has their products made in China. I will do more research to find a brand that is not made in China for my next purchase.

Goes nicely from oven to table

Works great looks good. A nice size. I bought used so box was not perfect ( in case that’s important to you) but got a great deal! Very happy

Great dish made in china

I love Staub products - I have several ceramic and enamel cast iron pieces. They’re durable, functional, and beautiful as serving pieces. One reason I was purchasing Staub is because they’re made in France. I was wrong. It appears this ceramic piece is made in China. I’ll be returning it for this one reason.

Useful dish

I dislike that this dish is not allowed to be heated to more than 300 degrees. I find that kind of ridiculous- why would anyone make a dish like that? Limits the usefulness of it…

Casserole dish

I’m completely satisfied with this dish! Not only is it great for baking and makes a beautiful serving dish, but it’s also so easy to clean

Cracked upon arrival

Disappointed this arrived with a big crack on the side near the interior back. I’m getting a replacement and hope it holds up better.
