Not so easy

Found this very difficult to install. Read the website AND the instructions. Shortened the width of the shade, removed the appropriate part of the cardboard and then deal with the METAL tube inside the cardboard. It says it is telescoping and to just push it in. Ha, ha. Not easy for me. Bought two shades, ruined the first one, going to try the second. Lessons learned. Ok, shade number #2 was much easier, learned a lot with #1. I am not handy, maybe I should have not tried to tackle this alone.

Love that I was able to custom fit for my windows. Directions were good and sizing was fairly simple. Would buy again.

Achim Light Filtering Shades

I intend to re-order these shades, because they DO filter sunlight. They're made of vinyl, though, & need a drape; curtain; etc.; installed over the shade, for decorating purposes. I had this shade, cut by a professional, because it involved a bit of work to cut the roller to size.

Defect in design leaves big gap on one side

It was as easy to customize the size as they say. However after doing so, I realized the side that you do not cut has a half inch gap that isn’t covered by the shade. How could they design a roller shade that leaves such a huge gap at one side??? This is pretty much useless and I am very disappointed in this product.

Blind won't rewind or stay locked down. I had to replace it. I wouldn't recommend it.
