Teal and Yellow bands almost too hard to hse.

The grey band is basically only one I use for working out my thighs, it is easiest to actually open but still difficult providing an actual workout...Squatting with it, etc. The teal works okay, but is almost too hard to open. The yellow is very small and hard to open even though I have very strong legs so I basically never use it.

These bands were easily worth every penny of $25~ alone! But the fact that there is a workout guide AND nutrition plan added with this??!! I’m deceased. And I’m not just sayin a measly little workout plan like “oh just do a couple squats and you’re good...” dude, no. They did it. They did it good. Buy these. Don’t look anywhere else. Just buy these. Btw, I previously bought a gymshark band earlier this year. Great quality but I bought it in the heavy, and I was not ready ...but anyway, I was in the market for new bands when I came across these. I’ll be honest, I bought them because of the colors (????) but I’m soooo glad that I did! They are just as good, if not BETTER, than my gymshark band.

Good quality but came dirty

The quality seems really good. I took one star off because one of the bands (the green one, of medium size) came dirty, literally with dried up something on it. I am thinking about returning. I took another one off because I can see myself using only 2 out of 3 bands, the largest one is too large so it’s kind of useless for me.

BEST RESISTANCE BANDS IN THE MARKET

My name is Esther Hong, currently writing from my sisters account. I have been using these resistance bands for about 3 weeks or so and I have seen a drastic difference in my lower body. It is amazing to see how much doing glute activation exercises before heavy weight workouts can do to your bum. This set includes three different sized bands used for a variation of leg compound movements and accessories. The thick width of the band and the non slip grip really help them stay in place when working out. I love the cute combination of colors as well. Highly reccommend this product for any gym-goers who are looking for versatile resistance band set. The price is also very reasonable for the quality!

Very small hard to move in but well-made.

Very well-made except there are a lot smaller than I expected more for a advanced person. Unfortunately I won't be able to use them but I'll keep them and give them to my instructor.

worth every penny!!!!

I have used the bands over the past 4 days with my cardio and strength training routine and it is amazing. I use the gray band while I am on the liptical machine or jump and jacks or jump squats. I use the green for side steps and kick backs. I use the yellow for arm exercises. these aare the best bands that I have ever used. I ca n feel the burn and see results, as far as my thighs toning up more. I have recommended this product to several of my gym buddies and other trainings. I hope t make a video soon .

So convenient and easy to use!

I use these bands at home and at the gym. I am obsessed with trying to incorporate the bands with leg and core training. That way I get glutes in however I can. The ebook and video guide are helpful in developing your routine for better glutes. The material is great quality and hold their resistance after several workouts. Even my trainer is impressed with them. The nutrition guide is very is great to help fuel my body and build muscle. I am very pleased to add these bands to my fitness journey!!

No video!

I did not receive the video that was supposed to be included, which was shown in picture. UPDATE: received an email indicating that the video is actually a YouTube video to download, as well as, the other guides. I think the description is very misleading as it shows the video and guides in the pics, however, in small print, it indicates that a link will be emailed with those items. Sorry, I feel if you show those items, they should be sent as well, otherwise just indicate that those items are actual downloads. The bands, however, do work great!
