Perfect! Easy to wash & wear

I made this pattern without the zipper and just enlarged the neckline by a little. Perfect! Easy to wash & wear. Love it. Got lots of compliments. Very easy to make.

Guaranteed failure. Entire pattern was incorrect!

The pieces were incorrect. A straight collar with a curved neckline? I am an experienced seamstress, and even my local fabric store couldn't figure out how they went together. They made no sense.

Bias cut collar

I just bought this pattern at Jo-Ann's for their everyday price of under $4. If you will look at the collar on the model's dress, the windowpane fabric was cut on the bias, not the straight of grain. I'm wondering if this info was omitted from the pattern piece?
