Battery is empty when arriving

This dive computer, for me, is easy to use once you know what you are looking at. The main issue is when it arrived, the battery was dead. So I don't break the warranty, I took it to a dive shop for a battery replacement. Not too big of an issue, just inconvenient.

The product was timely and in great condition, except for the dead battery. Now I have to wait to enjoy the product unfortunately.

Low battery right out of the box, manufacturer told ME to replace the battery! What about warranty?

I got this SEAC Dive Watch for my son for Christmas and upon opening the box, the battery was super low that the "low battery" flashed. My son can not even use the dive watch until the battery is replaced. According to the instructions, the battery and o-ring need to be serviced by an approved repair facility. Amazon said there was nothing they could due and to contact the manufacturer. Upon contacting SEAC, I was told I could replace the battery MYSELF and the o-ring was ok until the next time the battery is replaced. They told me which battery to get and to watch a video on how to replace the battery and re-insert the o-ring. This is a brand new dive watch! This should be covered by the warranty and I should not have to eat the cost of replacing the battery OR repair it myself.

Numbers are small. Bring your readers. Otherwise pretty good.

Seems to be working well after three dives. The watch is small, but the buttons are easy to find in thick gloves. It took some effort and IT work to get the PC software (SEAC Sync) to install. Not a ton of information or analysis options but good enough for tracking recreational dives.

Super easy to use. Have had it on several dives now. Just wish the screen was a tad bigger to make it easier to see under water!

Not working out of the box

Bought it twice, first time never arrived, second time the watch not working out of the box. Worst purchase ever.

Por ahora, ha salido muy bueno. Ya hice 5 inmersiones con el y el computador ha funcionado de maravilla. El diseño es muy lindo, la pantalla es grande y es muy fácil de utilizar.
