Great rod holder / even greater customer service

Bought this rod holder after reading other reviews. Wasn't sure what to expect. Upon delivery, it was quickly evident that this was a well thought out design, and I figured out how to mount without reading any instructions (though there were instructions included). I chose to mount this on the ceiling of garage and like a dumb a$$, I relied on the clutch of my cordless drill to disengage the drive when the screws holding the very sturdy plastic mounts met significant resistance. Four screws required driving, and the first two were no problem. On the third, the drill clutch was set too tight , and I drove the screw clear through the plastic mount splitting it in to. Again, this was such a sturdy piece of plastic that I didn't even consider this to be possible. After significant swearing and self abuse, I looked at the information which came with the rod holder. Claimed USA Company based in Milwaukee that would help if needed. I emailed them at maybe 9:30pm explaining my stupidity. By 8:30am, I received an email that replacement brackets were on the way, and I received them about two days later. Great response from what appears to be a great company. Also love the rod holder. Thanks guys! The rods in the picture range from a 5' pan fish rod, to a 10' heavy action surf rod.

Perfect Ceiling Rod Storage

Rack fits 10 saltwater rods perfectly. From spinners to conventional to trolling rods all with reels (30 size conventional). Combined 2 racks side by side to hold 20 rods total. Really like the rubber clip at the rod tip for added security to ensure rod stays in the holder. Most other rod holders do not have this feature. I installed indoors and they look and function great!

This is an awesome fishing pole holder. Our poles are no longer stacked in the corner of the garage. It takes up very little space. I love the hooks for the top of the poles. Everyone’s actually excited to put their fishing poles away now.

Just purchased my 4th 10 rod holder. These are great quality. I bought the 6 rod holder a while back for my ice rods. Also good quality but the 10 is more sturdy and provides more space between rods. Can’t go wrong here in my opinion.

10 holder is better than 6 holder

I purchased both the smaller rack that holds 6 rods and this larger one that holds 10, this 10 rack has little spacers that go between the holders and this was wwaaayyy better than the 6 holder that does not have spacers. Without the spacers you have to be very creative on placing rods that have reels as they are super tight and difficult to get in and out without becoming tangle with each other. Also, Amazon restricted my purchase to 3 racks and I needed 4. I spoke with the manufacturer about this and they were none too happy. Amazon said it was to make sure they had sufficient supply for all people....as if there is a major run on fishing rod racks?? Anyways, I ordered from WalMart, got the same price and no limits. I fought with Amazon over this and all I ever got was an ill-informed person who read from a script.
