Please read if you are shopping for the black shades

I ordered a pair of black shades, the size, color and shape were imperative to fit my guest room bed's headboard. The bases and bulbs I already had were matching. I received the pair of black shades and at first glance they looked identical. I put them on and then whoa. One was completely opaque which was what I paid for (these aren't exactly inexpensive shades) and the next one was completely sheer. I could have bought a shade like this from a dollar store. I am miffed. I order two more with the full intent on returning all of them if another disappointment arrives. Guess what? AGAIN one is opaque and one is sheer. I keep the 2 opaque and return the other two sheer ones. I am thrilled with my (now) matching shades but buyer beware. For what they cost, get what you paid for!

Very Nice Quality and worth every penny

This shade is of the highest quality and a bargain here on Amazon. I bought it to replace the broken glass one that was original to the lamp. I had purchased the same shade locally but it was smaller and cost $10 more than what I paid here for this larger one. The black lamp harp was also purchased on Amazon.

I bought this for anew lamp I had purchased,with no shade, the lamp has a unique shape and when I found this shade on Amazon I knew it was the perfect one and it is it is beautiful, The color is perfect and fits in the living room decor. LOVE IT

Hats off the the maker of these lovely lampshades. They far exceed the quality of most every other option unless one spends hundreds of dollars for custom shades. I was delighted with the appearance and the quickness of delivery. Thank you.

Very nice shades

I wanted to upgrade some beautiful lamps I had with old shades that were out of style. I painted the lamp bases and change the shades. The shades are gorgeous high-quality, and it’s a totally different lamp. I will definitely order some more.
