Product not delivered complete and scratched n damaged

I ordered 2 sets originally and charged then said undeliverable , so I thought not going to deliver!! Then today I get o e box only 1 wheel spacers in box! I returned within hour of delivery! I need to get my full credit for both sets!! Now I have to go get somewhere else! Also received the one spacer scratched, and in bad condition! Bad bad bad
