Low Pressure Error codes?

Renting a house where this system is installed. We are without heat. Hoping someone here knows how I can fix this error code and how to fill the system. I live in NY and we have no heat. Still Waiting for the homeowner to contact me back.

Don't listen to amateurs

Hot water heating boilers/systems are generally going to operate at 15 psi, not 45. Your regulator is at the fill point of the HW system. Inability to troubleshoot or fail to understand what is required for an installation sounds like a tech problem, not a product problem.

Beware of low PSI capacity

I NEVER would have bought this unit if I had known how weak it was in regards to the PSI it could handle coming into it. 45lbs is ridiculously low for a boiler. Normally the pressure regulating valve goes right after the incoming water supply line. Instead I had to move it to right before the "in" connection on the boiler because my normal zone valves push water too fast for it... It works well now, but that 45 psi limit is a complete and total joke. Get a better boiler

Do not purchase

I installed the M090CN unit in February of 2019. In March of 2022 it no longer works. Upstate New York is not the place to be with out heat in March. I have been in touch with technical assistance on numerous occasions. I had a heating company come in to see what they could do. They called technical assistance also. It was determined that I had a bad board. They sent me a new board which they covered under warranty. Still no heat or hot water. It just seems to be a guessing game as to what the problem is. Do not buy this product, you will regret it as I am.

Great unit but beware it is not a complete system as touted.

The good: works great and delivers hot water faster than unit it replaced. Easy to operate and very quite operation. The Bad: delivery from seller was lousy. Too way too long and was not tracked very well at all. However, the bigger issue was the set up. This is not an out of the box complete set up. While it was clear from the manual that a vent kit and isolation valves were not included, additional items were required to get this unit to work properly that were not described in the instructions. ie two additional pumps and a zone controller. My original unit did not need this and other units on the market don’t as well. Very disappointed in this and had I known this I would have not purchased this unit. Since this unit is now discontinued, my comments are mute. Not sure if this problem has been rectified in newer models but it certainly is ridiculous to buy a combination boiler that can’t handle the job it was designed to do without additional external pumps.
