Bedside alarm clock

Easy to operate; small size is good for bedside stand/table; very, very bright with no dimmer switch; excessive brightness in dark room reason for 4 star rating.

Good Inexpenxive Clock

Good compact clock for a small nightstand. As others have mentioned, the display is VERY bright, but it doesn't bother me. It keeps very accurate time. I don't use the alarm or night light so I can't comment on those features.

I could not get any A.M. stations.

I wanted this radio for emergencies. It was important to me to have A.M. stations for emergency broadcasts

Not a great radio, but a nice clock.

The large numbers are easy to read from a distance. They are dimmable. However, I found the radio did not pull in FM or weather channels very well. Tuning the radio is somewhat clumsy, with no separate preset buttons. It has the ability to preset channels, but with only a + and - button you have to step through each preset to get to the station you want. The speaker sounded weak and tinny.

Efficient Small Radio

Purchased for elder mother who is old school. Alarm clock radio combo. It is smaller than I expected but works just fine. Brighter digital numbers. Radio has good sound. The control and set up was a bit tricky. Not normal controls. But we got it though. Not a bad purchase for the price. Small though… smaller than a tissue box

Way to small,

This clock is way too small for my arthritic fingers to program. I was able to set the time. I’ve kept it and put it in the guest room. Still on the lookout for a dual alarm clock that is easy to use.

Where are the instructions?

Despite no instructions in the box, I did manage to set it up, except for the radio function. The display is large, bright, and easy to read across the room, and the beep alarm is plenty loud enough. But the radio function remains a mystery.

Great for the price, but some things could be made better

I received this alarm clock today, and it seems alright if you're looking for a plain and simple one, like I was. I do like that this clock has a "nightlight" because it is good when you're sick and at least you can keep a bottle of water in sight during the night on your bedside. The snooze button lights up. I like how this clock has a pretty big display, the numbers are easily readable. The only concerns that I have with this clock is that it got a little warm, so I am not sure if it is supposed to or not, but I will keep an eye on it, and that the buttons are a little chinsey/cheapy. I would of liked the buttons to be made a little better and also the outer casing because its just cheap plastic. Also, it doesn't have little pads on the bottom so it is sliding easily on my nighstand. But I guess for the price paid ($15.99), it is worth it because it is a simple alarm clock and it does the job! It takes a 9V battery for the backup for when the power goes out, the display doesn't light, however, it holds the time so you don't have to reset it. I just put a rechargeable in there, so I can recharge it and change it whenever I think it needs more power. All in all, I recommend this clock if you're looking for something simple, and if you want fancy features, this item doesn't have what you're looking for - but it is great for the price! ---Update--- my room is now dark because its night time and I am going to go to bed, but the clock is pretty bright compared to my old one. I wish there was a dimming feature, so if bright clocks bother you, then this isnt for you. It is very bright!

Puedo ver bien la hora sin que moleste la luz

A mi me gusta ver la hora si despierto de madrugada, pero no me gusta que la luz de la hora sea muy intensa porque entonces me estorba y no me deja dormir, este reloj es lo que buscaba porque puedo verla hora pero su luz no me molesta para dormir

The worst product. Accuracy is absolutely worst.

Misleading information as per the web site. Doesn't have FM Radio while your web site shows that this is equipped with the FM Radio. Secondly the part is the TIME ACCURACY. Not at all reliable on the xorrect time display. Every after ONE HOUR we have to adjust the correct time otherwise it will give us the WRONG TIME.

Simple good clock

This has worked good for me for three years. It's nice to have a clock I can see without having to move my arm to turn on a light, especially for those random midnight wake-ups. Pros - Reliable. - Simple. Cons - Too bright, unless you want your bedroom bathed in a green glow. I ended up putting a layer or two of black headlight tape on to get this to a reasonable level.
