very easy to use, little heavy to carry around

It arrived as black box just like the picture show. Very easy to use, plug in power, turn on switch and ready to use. There’s an item comes with package which allow you to adjust voltage. To girls it’s a bit heavy, so not recommend for carry it around.

Not as advertised

There was no Europe Power Adapter in the box. Very unhappy since I needed that for the country I am visiting.

Did not come with adapter or extra fuses

Product works just fine, but it did not come with the EU adapter nor the extra fuses as stated in the description and on the box. The box itself was so small that there would not have been room for an adaptor in it, luckily I have a friend who let me borrow one until I can buy some.

Still unclear watt power

It came pretty banged up, the metal sheet (casing) is very thin and it just bent badly. The back top print that specifies "Input selector" is hidden by the top plate and you see just "Selector" and you have no idea what you have to do there - I initially thought I had to select the output that I wanted, not the input. I did take off the metal plate and then I saw its real meaning (the hidden "Input" word). Also, actually the piece to connect the holes in the selector was missing (the european power adapter missing too). The manual paper sheet that comes with doesnt offer good help on this selector either. Plus, it says the power for this model is 100W so even now I dont know what to believe - amazon title and product model seem to indicate 350W.

Didn’t Convert

It didn’t convert to 220V. Was purchased to use for a wall oven and oven would come on but only get slightly warm. Was tested with a voltage tester and was only putting out 110V. Big waste of time and effort. Had to be returned. Very disappointing.

A solidly constructed product, good value, easy to use

I am quite pleased that the PVCT350U voltage converter / transformer appears to be very solidly built. Controls and ports are clearly labeled and once I had inserted the voltage selection plug on the back of the unit to mach the local input voltage (110V for the USA) and then plugged the unit into the wall outlet, the unit was up and running in a matter of seconds. Not overly bulky, however as for all linear transformer-based voltage conversion units, this device would be a bit heavy to lug around in a suitcase. It is worth noting that if you're attempting to power audio or video equipment designed for use in the USA in other locations that do not provide 110 volt service, or needing to power equipment designed for use in another part of the world in the USA, this converter would be indispensable. [Note that the spare fuses and Euro adapter listed in the description were not provided in the manufacturer sealed box; I have contacted the manufacturer's support email listed in the device's manual to request these items.]. All in all, this is a solid unit that I'd suggest you consider if you need to operate equipment designed for another part of the world in the USA or vice-versa. And as always, please be safe and check the voltage, frequency and current ratings of any equipment you intend to connect to power, before plugging it into this converter (or any other device). If you have any doubts, contact the electrical equipment device manufacturer first before proceeding.
