Outer plastic trim arrived broken and Pyle who makes part won’t replace

Well my Pyle receiver arrived with a broken plastic outer trim. Amazon told me to contact Pyle themselves to get a replacement part. Pyle told me they don’t have that part (don’t they make the part?!?!) and to contact amazon for an entire replacement and/or refund. Unfortunately, the receiver is already installed on the boat and the box has been destroyed. We went ahead and installed it because we were told that it’d be an easy part to be replaced. Well...that’s a load of bull. Other than that, the receiver works great...just doesn’t stay in place with out the trim piece to snap it in.

poor thing. I bought a much simpler Pyle radio

I had on my sailboat a Pionner radio that was really had a user interface complicated, to the point that any one on board could disturb its setting , with all its menues, sub menues, its demo mode with all the colors displays as if it that was essential. It over heated and finally died, poor thing. I bought a much simpler Pyle radio. Installation was easy, instructions clear, and it does exactly what I expected: Play music, has a very good signal capture, the sound is more than good for a boat radio. And very user friendly. Telephone bluetooth is nice. Ingredible quality for such a low price... I like it!.

the remote does not work, i have changed the battery and still not working. Where can i get a new one that works every thing else works great looks great and sounds good the blue tooth was easy to set up and streams music very well

Replacement am fm radio on my 1979 Chris Craft.

My old stereo died and had to replace it. Found this model on line and liked the specifications. Took about 3 hours to do the take out and installation but that was mostly due to the fact that i wanted to retrace amd confirm the positive and negative terminals on my 6 speakers. Instructions we clear and easy to follow. System sounds great.

The wiring instructions need work. The labeling in the instructions are not clear.

I like the features available for the price. There are only two complaints. 1: The labeling in the instructions are not clear. The instructions didn't explain that two wires needed to be connected to power for the radio to operate. Luckily I found a YouTube video from another user, with a different model that was able to explain the connections. I contacted Pyle's customer support a week ago and never heard back.
