As long as you’re willing to take it down

Easy to put together, works perfectly. But it sticks out a lot, and the dangling rope gets in the way when not in use. So expect to take it down whenever it’s not in use.

As I've had issues with rotator cuffs, especially in one shoulder, this has been quite helpful in strengthening them. It was suggested by my physical therapist, both in the hospital and in home heath care. Fortunately, it's not "seriously expensive. "
