It's stable and lightweight.

They work great. Very stable but also very lightweight. I don't particularly enjoy doing push ups on the floor. It's dirty, face also gets too close to the ground and my wrists hurt. Using these gets rid of all of those problems and I enjoy doing push ups more. I like what one reviewer said. To paraphrase him you see them and it's like a challenge. It just makes you want to do push ups. I've definitely done more push ups today since getting them then what I've done over the last 3 months. Obviously worth the value.

Best excercise motivator for size and price

I bought these thinking they might help me get some exercise in here and there throughout the day. The great thing about them is that they don't take much room, but if you leave them visible, they almost call to you saying "C'mon, just do 10, 1 minute of your time". Before you know it, you're doing 30 and 40 pushups whereas before you could barely do 20. Yes, the floor is also there, but maybe it's everyone stepping on it that has it so quiet as it never really calls for me to work out on it. The other great thing is that it doesn't hurt my wrist and gives you extra clearance to go a little deeper on whatever exercise you're using these for.

Quality push up bars for the price!

These are good quality push up bars. For the most part, you can't go wrong with any of bars available on Amazon. Sturdy and provides the proper depth for a solid workout. The padding could be slightly thicker to be easier on the palms, but it sure beats push ups with hands flat on the floor.

Good workout device

These push up bars are inexpensive and are good for the price. My only problem is that the padding is a little thin. I try to do 300 push ups a day and after the first couple of sets the padding compressed a lot. Over all worth the money though.

A little scary, but sturdy enough

I've been using these for about a month now as part of P90x and I am pretty pleased. The handles are metal, but the base supports are plastic, which makes me a bit nervous... but so far, it's worked out fine.

Not Bad

Good product for the most part. Pushups on these are much harder than normal pushups for some reason. I ordered two sets. One set only came with 3 thumb screws instead of 4. Had to go spend another $1 at the hardware store. I would have given 4 stars if it weren't for the hardware shortage.
