6 years ago, I had liposuction, and not only scar gel for the incisions did my plastic surgeon tell me to use, but this cream. I used it back then but couldn't tell much difference because the lipo was the most prominent of course! But, over time and slacking out of a great exercise routine, i got a little flabby... I recently started being extremely consistent with some cardio and strength training at home, and eating good is important but i found this cream there was some in it left over from 6 years ago and i used it for a few days on my belly and lower back handle area, and let me tell you... if you combine exercise, good diet, and need a flab boost, i see in the mirror after a days improvement. i didnt have much belly fat by far, and its not a miracle cream but it works. honest review, i shoot straight! the only thing im not thrilled of is some of the ingredients... paraben is in it and phosphate, but im not planning on using it forever. detoxify too! i would recommend to give it a try!
