I like this for myself as a woman

This size was in a Large. The overall of this vest is comfortable. I would have to size down to a medium. My waist size is 41, hips 47, bust 40. This was loose on me. I like that you get more velcro to secure, than most trainers. Maybe if this was my size, it would work. I put this on my husband. He wore it for a day. He had to take it off because he was sweating. Uhhhmm lol this is what it supposed to do. I had a picture of him, but I had to get another phone. He did say he liked the comfort of it. We do workout. It does zip up and Velcro for more security. I still use this because I like the comfort and the way this trainer is made. It's not bulky under clothes, which is a Big Plus. It's thin enough under clothing. Although, this isn't my size, I still sweated in this. I need to get my fitted size. This is Ideal for the price. Other trainers cost more for a vest.

More comfortable than I anticipated.

I have been wearing this while doing my cardio workouts. Definitely seem to get a sweat on more rapidly than without it. I got a large and the fit seemed to be spot on, maybe a little loose but every body type is different. I haven't noticed any chafing from the material on my skin. Also very easy to clean in the shower and it dries quite quickly overnight

A little too big

The comfort and durability of the material is top notch! However, I goofed up a little bit by ordering a size that was too big for me. It’s not as fitted feeling as I’d like (I feel a weight loss corset vest should be fitted pretty tight in order to do it’s job properly). I highly recommend this product! Just make sure to order a size smaller than you normally wear, to ensure a proper fit.

Double the compression with the zipper and wraps. Very sturdy.
