Comfortable to wear
Per my doctor’s recommendation, I have to do weight bearing exercise to improve my bone density at my lower spine and hips. The weight bearing exercise is to add weight onto my ankles while walking or jogging. The fabric of the Portzon ankle weight is very soft. I have been using the ankle weight for 3 weeks and they are comfortable. I saw some reviews about the materials not lasting. I hope that I shall graduate to a heavier weight by then. The size is small but okay with me because my ankle size is small. It may be a problem for others.

Useful but use properly
These are great. I use them both as ankle and wrist weights depending on the exercise I am doing. Make sure you use them properly though. I had them on on a couple of days while jogging and I thought I was fine, but a few days later I started getting piercing pain in my Teres muscles. It took two weeks after I stopped using the weights for the pain to go away.

These weights are tight to wear. I really had to stretch the Velcro to get it to close on the ankle. Not sure how they will hold up as ankle weights. If they had been 2” longer they would have been perfect.

This product is the right weight to start with for rehabilitation of your walking, along with the exercises primarily for the feet. You can also use the weights for your arms, to strengthen, tone, and full range of motion.

Easy to put on and wear.
I like the added weight for building my muscles after a period of convalescence. Hoping it works with a light exercise program to increase my strength and stamina.

These ankle weights are super comfortable ! They fit well but I wish the Velcro strap was a little longer. A slightly longer strap would make them easier to put on.

Ajustan muy bien, comodas, no lastiman. El unico comentario seria que vienen desarmadas. Tu tienes que poner el.relleno y es bastante incomodo.
