Just ok

These were hard to get on the pipe cleaners. And they were not fluffy at all. I would have sized up had I realized they were hard balls to make up for the missing fluff. They worked well enough in a pinch as my local stores did not carry them. **update. After being out of the bag for 24 hours they were a little fluffy. Updated to 3 stars.
