Great buy
I've used it a handful of times hammock camping now. The only thing I don't like is the guy lines down are a weird adjustment, I usually end up just tying it off, and they're not reflective so I'm going to be replacing them soon anyway. Def get lighter weight stakes, and reflective line to stake down if you plan on getting this fly.

Good tarp for the price
This is a good rain fly, just know that it is large. Works well with my Doublenest hammock, and has good coverage. It's not heavy, although not the lightest; so it's probably not for the ultra light crowd. I agree with the other reviewers that the straps can be difficult to adjust, and the attached storage bag could collect water if it rains, but that can be remedied by turning the bag inside out. You might want to replace the stakes with something lighter, but that is common for any tarp or tent. The guyout lines are black, so you'll need to tie reflective ribbons on them, or replace them with reflective lines. Overall, this tarp is well worth the price I paid (~ $35). It's as good as some tarps that are more expensive. I recommend this if you want a good tarp at a great price.

Worth the money, even though its a bit weighty
I really went back and forth on if it should be a 4* or 5*, and I'll tell you why-weight. The rainfly is heavy (from a lightweight backpacker standpoint, that is). That said, it's excellent quality and feels like it will hold up well in inclement weather. I swapped out the guy lines for some bright yellow 550 paracord so they were easier to see in the dark, and bought a set of aluminum stakes to replace the steel ones that came with the fly-4 aluminum stakes actually feel lighter than 1 of the steel ones. The attached stuff sack is overly large for the fly, but it accommodates my Yukon outfitters freedom v2 hammock and a set of lightspeed hammock straps along with the fly, with room to spare (to possibly stash a bug net, I hope). Total weight currently (hammock, straps, stakes and fly) is 3.1lbs. I've attached a couple photos of the fly packed with hammock and straps as well as the fly set up over my hammock on a camping trip I took a couple weeks ago.

hammocking on a budget
great rain fly for the price where most are double this price or more for a very similar product. i have yet to try sleeping under this fly yet but i did set it up and check it out after purchasing and was very well impressed. pros: -light-ish -comes with its own pouch to stuff it when when taken down -comes with suspension and steaks -big it has a 12ft 2" ridge line down center when taut. -stuff sack has room for extra stuff in there such as extra suspension cables. cons: -the tree straps are hard to adjust as you have about a foot between each loop on the straps. -the stakes that come with it has heavy steel stakes -the carabiners that are for use with the tree straps work but are kinda flimsy -the stow pocket when the tarp is setup the wrong direction and would basically catch rain and become a heavy weight on the tarp all in all its a great rain fly i would recommend to anyone looking for a budget tarp, with a little work you can save alot of money vs other tarps.

Exactly what I wanted
This is a great tent replacement for those backpacking trips when you need protection but don't want to lug a tent. Even small tents are big! This one packs down great and is super lightweight as well as sturdy. It sleeps well - for hammock sleeping. The rain fly is nice as it adds a sense of cover and protection (perhaps falsely). I like it a lot, especially because you can use the rain fly seprately. I recommend this product.

Kept us warm, dry, and bird poop free
Tried it for the first time last weekend during a one night camping trip with friends. By stacking hammocks, the two of us were able to stay warm and dry beneath this one tarp. One of the tie downs became loose in the night (either due to our knotting skills or a wandering leashed dog). Doesn't have to be used just for the rain though! In the early morning, birds used this tarp as target practice (if you know what I mean) Better the tarp than me! It arrives very flat, but is nearly impossible to fold up as neatly again. I'm hoping it will compress well in my backpack during my three week backpacking trip.

Great Canopy
This canopy is super helpful for shedding rain and dew. Haven’t had any durability problems as of yet. I’ve used it for my hammock and my one person tent! Easy to put up as long as you have the right trees or posts near! I’d recommend finding the sweet spot on the string supports for tying it down and cut them cause they are really long. No complaints! Would recommend.

Strap attachment is the big downfall.
The media could not be loaded. I got this rainfly for the size and the price. I'll say it's done it's job of keeping me dry on Scout campouts. Having the long straps sewn directly to it instead of a few short loops for the straps to attach to is a bigger downfall than I thought it would be. It limits the setup options and versatility. It also makes it much harder to put tension evenly across the sheet. I'm sure these will be the first points of failure. It's a shame because otherwise it would be a great value. As it is, I can't really recommend it
