Hickory smoke!

I used these in my Traeger and they work great! Ash is about the same as Traeger pellets so I did not see any difference there. The smoke flavor was a hit on my pork ribs!

Mild slightly sweet smoke

I smoke salmon on my gas grill using a smoking tube. I have been using mostly alder pellets with maybe 20% apple wood chips from my apple tree. I was running out of apple chips and decided to order applewood pellets. 100% applewood turned out more mildly smoked salmon that tasted a bit sweeter. It was very good, but I'm going to go 50/50 alder and apple pellets next time. I store my wood pellets in a 5 gallon bucket with a screw-on lid to keep them fresh, a good idea if you're buying a big bag of pellets.

Great Blend for All Purpose pellet cooking/smoking/grilling!

Ordered this when my local BJ's was out of Pit Boss pellets. Couldnt be more happy! I've smoked pork, chicken, beef, and salmon as well as used a griddle to grill with and it handled them all!

seems good

The smoker is good, but they can't seem to get it right. The first one was replaced and now this one came with a C scale and not F. Go figure
