A splash to the face!

This tube is great in that it fits 3 grown people very comfortably, and the straps are in great locations and very sturdy. The problem however is a design flaw in the contour of the tube. It dips too low in the middle causing a continual splash to the face. We have owned 4 other tubes and they never had this problem. The splash is very annoying to the people riding on the tube. I would recommend getting a different tube.

Durability Issue. Defective internal bladder.

The internal bladder became defective making a huge budge on the one side. This make it impossible for anyone to ride on the left side, especially the little ones. Very disappointed!!!!! In the process of submitting a warranty claim to Motion Water Sports 1-800-6OBRIEN to see if they will stand behind this defect or sell me a replacement bladder.

Poor quality

Upon blowing it up this season, the bladder of the tube is uneven and bulging on one side and is unusable. Disappointing considering how much it cost. The cover itself is in good shape

Poor Quality

This product was not what we expected. The air never stayed in the tube and the outer casing filled up with water. It would have been okay to use but every time we put air in it the tube deflated. It just wouldn't hold air. I can't recommend this product to use as reliable and when we tried to return the raft after our vacation (only used once) the time period to return was expired. So disspointed
