Quality Skillet

This is nice, thick cast aluminum with a flat bottom. I like that It sits well on the surface of my smooth top range and it distributes the heat evenly. A skillet full of fried potatoes turns out great using a couple of spoonfuls of oil and medium heat as the manufacturer suggests. They get perfectly browned and crispy, but not burnt. It's not easy to get that result with other types of skillets, believe me.

Arrived scratched

I Bought this pan because I liked the smaller size so much but this one arrived with numerous scratches on the outside portion. I’m gonna keep it because the inside is not scratched and I don’t have the energy to send it back. But I’m not happy about this

Non stick seems to work great, however it is pretty shallow. Edit and upgrade to 5 stars. I've had this pan for five years now. I use it daily. DAILY. I cook eggs in it every morning before work. I treat it like crap, use forks in it, wash it in the dishwasher and guess what? It's as good as the day I bought it. Seriously, the non stick is near flawless. The handle is sturdy and it cooks nice and even. Why did I ever care that it's a little shallow? It can do 4 eggs just fine

NOT NON STICK

I bought this to make fry an egg. I use a touch of oil when I do. This pan is WORSE than a regular pan. The egg sticks to the pan. And not in just one place - all over the pan - so on top of being a mess to clean, you lose half your egg. You can't even scrape it up while cooking it. It is completely a layer of stuck egg. I hadn't tried it within the return window or I would have returned it.

Decent pan for the cost

Well made, sturdy, sits firm on a smooth top range. does what it's suppose to do. Don't really use nonstick cookware, but I have to have one just for eggs.

hate to cook - love the pan

Lovely to cook with - so easy to clean. Takes some abuse in this household!! Takes it well. A strong frypan, feels "safe" when using it.
