Very Effective!!

I have bad acne. Not bad enough for Accutane, but bad enough that even Clindamycin topical and Tretinoin don't fully take care of it. I also use a Salicylic face scrub, which helps too, but I was still seeing daily whiteheads and blackheads and the occasional cystic acne even with all of the above. And I can't use benzoyl peroxide because I have an allergy to it (face swells up). I also experience break outs on my upper arms, back and chest. And it's not realistic to use all my prescriptions over such a large area. Within one day of using these, I noticed a huge difference. I have been using it 2 to 3 times daily and not only have the number of blemishes lessened, but my skin is much less oily. And I seem to be able to keep any dryness at bay with my night cream. I have also noticed that acne scars are fading some as well. I don't believe my skin is terribly sensitive, so I can say for certain how people with super sensitive skin would fare. But this has been a life saver for my skin. Thank you Neutrogena!!

Lifesaver!!

Let me tell you… this product is AMAZING. I have struggled with back acne for about 7 years now, it gets worse in the summertime but it’s always there. I am always very self conscious of it and FINALLY I have found a way to fix it. In the pics you can see that I still have some acne, but most of what is left is old and healing. I have college graduation pictures in a week and I am actually excited about them because my back is clear. I only use them when I feel I need to like when I’ve gotten sweaty or I haven’t gotten the chance to take a shower yet. I don’t use them every day because I think they might be drying if you use them that much- but that’s just me! Also my skin hasn't particularly liked Neutrogena products in the past, but I have yet to have a problem with this one. Overall, my back looks great and I highly recommend these to anyone who is struggling with any kind of acne and searching for a solution.

Works almost overnight

I let the pad soak on the pimple for several seconds and I swear it brings it to the surface faster or it kills it and it goes away within a couple of days the appearance gets better for cystic acne and for regular acne it brings it to the surface the next day. This is the best product I have found so far.

If you are thinking you will get results within weeks, I'm sorry. Use it for at least 3 months and you will definitely get good results.

Can barely breathe or keep my eyes open when using these pads the chemicals are soooooo strong ???? makes my face feel extremely clean tho
