Just OK

I bought 2 of these because I wanted monitors that had the capability to use with WiFi and two way. I also like that it has split screen for multiple monitors. I did not like that it was difficult to install in an area to get a good angle of the whole crib. Our cribs are against walls and could not mount camera on same wall, if you want to see the whole crib. I also found them difficult to connect and set up. I returned them and bought a second nanit. The nanit is far superior to this monitor.

This will not pair with Motorola PIP1010 Camera

Stupid that Motorola does not allow you to use this with the PIP1010 camera, but it is not very clear in the product description. There are better monitors out there that are expandable to include multiple cameras, as your families grows, but this might not be the most intuitive purchase for anyone who plans to have more than one kid. I would propose you keep searching if you want something that can grow with your family.

Monitor app has a lot of lag. Buy Hello Baby instead

I bought this monitor because its feature of having a parental unit and the app. I dpnt even open the app anymore. It lags too much, if i want to check on the baby i have to wait for the app to come up. I bough hello baby monitor and it is so much better, better sound, better picture quality, cheaper and no lag. I decided to instal a nest in my baby’s room to be able to see it remotely but in terms p Of baby monitor not worth it.

Lacking

I wanted to love this. I really wanted a camera that had both cell phone access and a monitor which is how I ended up purchasing this one. All the features are half thought out. It works as a basic video monitor but its nothing special. I’m keeping it but wouldn’t purchase it again if I had to redo my purchase

Night vision doesn't work on parent monitor.

Update: I looked more into it and it seems that all of my images daytime/nighttime are blurry. It's just more noticeable at night! My night vision on the parent monitor is blurry and black spotted. The night vision on the phone app looks just fine. Also the day time vision on the parent monitor is fine.

Trash after a few months

Terrible monitor. Have been using this for a few months and just upgraded to the Nanit. I loved the idea of the app and parent unit, but the actual camera is trash. The temperature is wildly inaccurate, it looks grainy and streaky half the time, and the sound is very pixelated (through the app and monitor). The monitor is super bright on even the lowest setting and has to be plugged in frequently as it’s usually dying on me. Save the headache!

Monitor is horrible

Sadly, this product doesn’t last long and always needs to be plugged in. It will wake you up if it is not. The camera daily blacks out with a red line through it for no apparent reason. It doesn’t alert you enough when baby is crying, etc. the temperature it reads is not the actual temperature in the baby’s room. Lastly, when plugged in the screen does not turn off. And now the monitor won’t even work. It’s fully charged but won’t turn on. This is truly a waste of money and will be will getting another brand at this point. Advise others to not waste their time and money on this product.
