Good product, prompt delivery. Don't follow installation instructions exactly

Prompt delivery. Easy to install and works well. Does its job for the price. I liked the measurements that came with it but as the other reviewers have indicated if you use them exactly it does make it a bit hard to remove. increase the distance by about an 1/8" from the provided measurement and it works well. A little disappointed with the plastic holder painted to match the ends that will likely peel off over time but for the price worth it.

Very nice quality for not a lot of money

It’s a nice looking bathroom accessory in a second home. I wouldn’t mind having it in our master bathroom. It actually looks like it was far more expensive than it really was. Nice heavy, quality feel to it.

Beautiful addition to the bathrooms.

I bought three of these for my new house. The chrome is beautiful. The spring-loaded piece is plastic, but it doesn't look it, nor does it seem like it's flimsy or would break. They are super easy to install and look very classy. The only reason I don't give it a five is that on two of mine, the middle piece seems to no sit level, even though the entire thing is level. Maybe it just needs a breaking-in period. I don't think anyone but me will notice it, but still...

Much larger than I expected.

Very solid paper mount. The spring roll holder is all metal which is very a very nice change from all of the plastic holders. The mount is about 1.5" longer than I thought it would be though so it is definitely large. The whole mount from edge to edge is the same width as two rolls of toilet paper. Seems a little unnecessary but it still looks nice.

Wider than normal paper holder

Matches style of towel rack and ring. However this is much wider than typical paper holder and uses different connector than rack and ring. The template has 7" on center for mounting the brackets. You can reduce but this requires more compression on the spring in the roller. It you are replacing existing holder make sure the thus one will cover the existing holes - the mounting plates are circular with holes each 90 degrees and must be oriented as marked.

Good price fits with higher prices Moen pieces

Good purchase. Fits nicely with the higher prices Moen towel racks I had already purchased. Wish I had seen this style first.

Looks great & works great

I purchased two of these to replace holders that swiveled up and down, and often led to the roll falling off. I had no problem covering the old drill holes from the previous holder, as you can size the distance between the two wall mounts by contracting the spring in the roll holder. Very sturdy and look nice with our other chrome bathroom hardware.

looks nice and was easy to install. has held up after 6 months. hold the jumbo rolls as well as the small rolls, chrome looks nice and shiny too.
