made the difference I was looking for

our plumber installed our shower head with a 3" extension on a 9' ceiling, by the time the water got to me at 5'8' it was cold and too dispersed for a nice shower, it also sprayed the glass walls as much as me. This 18" extension brought the water right where it needed to be.

Better than expected!

The product was marked as lightly used or had marks. The marks are barely noticeable and the piece was perfect.

Strange color, didn’t install straight

This is supposed to be brushed nickel but the color isn’t consistent throughout and looks a darker in some places. It also installed at an angle and we had to use a bunch of silicone to force it to sit straight. The return window should be more than 30 days because projects can take longer than you expect.
