Purchased as a warehouse deal

This faucet feel more substantial than other Moens from a big box store. I would be disappointed if paying MSRP, but even Amazons price is better than that.

Overpriced

Nice looking faucet, great smart features, but ultimately overpriced (can find better value in other models in same brand, particularly from Costco or other big box stores)

Solid

Solid faucet. Feels expensive because it is. Other less expensive faucets may look like this but they feel and operate like cheap knockoffs.

Chipping Paint

I love the look and feel of this faucet. It’s substantial and sturdy. We installed this is July 2022 and only 8 months later the paint is chipping off of the drain! This should never happen with something at this price point. I would not recommend this product.

Parts Diagram

Great Kitchen faucet and easy to install. Only one problem. Parts diagram indicates that Escutcheon and gasket sold separately. Not true included with ordered faucet. Need to return extra.

Missing Gasket

Arrived with the wrong gasket for the base of the faucet for a single hole installation. Contacted Moen and waited 6 days for the part to arrive only to discover it does not fit. The part number on the bag matches the part number shown on the illustrated parts list but I can't fit a large plastic oval gasket into a round hole. The faucet requires a round gasket with indentations at the 9, 12 and 3 o'clock locations to fit in the base. I'll probably end up exchanging the faucet and hope the next one comes with the correct parts although I suspect Moen has a supply chain issue since either the bag contained the wrong gasket or the illustrated parts list specifies an incorrect part number.
