Excellent Faucet

Love it. I have no issues with the faucet so far. I have no problem with the water pressure like some others have mentioned. It's the same as my Delta. There's no difference so I have nothing to compare it to. This faucet, like my bathroom Pfister, shows fingerprints quite a lot, but I keep a cloth-like "bamboo" brand paper towel near and I keep it shined up with that. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If I was wealthy, I would probably buy a really expensive one that doesn't have that issue.

Easy to install, seamed cheap.

It was fairly straightforward to install, but it looked and felt like cheap material. The pull-down bell wouldn't stay up and just dangled. The water pressure was low. Ultimately, we returned it and got a Kraus that I'm much happier with.

Great design. Easy installation.

We love the design. The nozzle will snap into place when fully retracted. Pop it out a bit and the ball swivel head allows you to aim it, release it, and it stays put. In spray mode, it has two flow rates. The nickel finish looks great and is easy to keep clean. Installation is VERY easy with the o-ring / clip-on fittings. The control handle is very smooth and easy to use. After using it for a few years, when we extended the kitchen and added a sink, we liked it so much we bought another one. The 1.75 gpm flow rate California standard may seem a little slow to some people, but it's plenty for us. If you are impatient, filling up a container will seem to take too long. Great faucet. we don't live in CA. Recommend turning it so the handle faces the sink. Your counter tops will remain neater.

Handle bits backsplash

Handle hits backsplash when turning for hot water. Make sure you have plenty of room between faucet and backsplash. I’d say at least 3” or more. Beautiful faucet otherwise. Wish they’d earn about that before purchasing. Didn’t hook up.

Great quality, disliked the color

This is a great, well made faucet. I have it in another color and love it, so I bought this color for our weekend place. Same heavy quality, but the color is not what I wanted and returned it. The gold tone is almost sparkling and it is just to glitzy looking for my taste. Great choice as long as you want the glittery look. That is the only reason I did not give it a 5, is the color is not quite as expected by description or online photo.

Great customer service

Customer service immediately delivered replacement parts after it leaked around handle area in 2 years and 4 months. At least they were very responsive. Overall the quality of the product seems good, however if you have hard water you are generally susceptible to calcium buildup in any vendor's faucet valves. So my leak does not reflect on the quality of the product, with which I'm happy.

Mostly Okay Except Extremely Low Flow

Pros: Ease of installation, looks, apparent quality, basic functionality, spray head (as a sprayer). Cons: Extremely low flow/pressure when in regular faucet mode. Packaging and reviews indicate it is limited to 1.7 gpm. I doubt it's that good. Unlike many other flow limited water products, there seems to be no obvious restrictor to remove. Also, like a few other reviews, we've caught it dribbling a few times, but turning it on and back off has stopped this so far.
