Strong, well made...

We are a Rental Company and few people respect what is not theirs. So our equipment can take a beating, we have used Hitachi for a long time, and it has withstood renters use. Since the name change to Metabo we were not sure if the quality would remain, and to date it has. These are great hammers, we have several and they work great. My take on the cases. Ours jack hammer cases have held up, but our roto hammer cases all end up loosing the latches. If they were treated with more care this would not happen and if they were made stronger they might last longer. Cases are not really important and in no way should the tool be judged by the case it comes in. People are to critical in my opinion, there is nothing that is perfect regardless of brand. We own so many different brands and all have good and bad quality's. Nothing last forever and brand new things fail, and some things just seem to work forever. I have no problem recommending Metabo brand tools and I have every intention of purchasing more in the future as we wear out the old and replace it with the new.

the packaging arrived damaged and open, I didn't like it, I paid a lot of money, it didn't arrive as it should have arrived !!!
