Best Bedside Commode...much better than Hospital Bedside Commode!

I cannot believe that a Bedside Commode could look like this one my daughter ordered. I was recently diagnosed with a 'fractured vertebrae" and I am healing at home. I am unable to go up to my upstair bedroom so I had to lay in our living room leather sofa. Someone has to help me get in and out of it. This "Bedside Commode" was perfect for me. I could use it without my daughter getting up to help me. The Commode was made well, easy to get in and out, very comfortable and quite sturdy. In addition, it is actually "nice looking" in color and design...a far cry from the bedside commode in Hospitals. I highly recommend it anyone who needs a bedside commode at home. Actually, I may take it with me next time I will be hospitalized.

Worked well

I had foot surgery needed this by my bed as I couldn't walk it's functionality was good how every its durability as far as the seat is a little flimsy. If your a thinker person I would recommend a more sturdy model, if I would lean while on it the seat would go down under the metal that was suppose to support it, I used mine to sit and shower as well as for a toilet. It did what I needed it to and was able to multipurpose use it but if your over 160lbs I would recommend a more pricey version just for safty reason

Temporary yes! Long term probably not.

Unexpected back injury I couldn’t get to the bathroom. At only 38, this was a tough item to order! But it did the job and was easy to put together. Not sure yet if it collapses for easy storage. The bowl handle is a bit flimsy, so that’s why 4 stars. There was no odor with emptying every other pee, rinse, and place back. I cleaned it with a bleach wipe every few days. Hope I never need it again, but I was surprised with the cost of medical equipment. For the cost, this is a winner. If I needed a permanent potty chair, I would go for higher quality tho. Satisfied customer.

Easy to Put Together/Good After Knee Surgery

This was a life saver after a knee replacement. The epidural after a knee replacement can cause urine urgency for a couple of weeks until it wears out of your system so that once you have to go you can barely make it to the bathroom. Easy to put together but wish it had a toilet paper holder. Well worth the money.

Great product! Used this daily 24 hrs a day for 4 months after my ankle surgery…I am very heavey(250 lbs) and old(69) This chair was comfortable and secure…it was great popping it up high so high so sitting was easy…I tied toilet paper to the arm…I actually used this chair in the shower as well,with the bottom open,easier to clean bottom…great,strong product

hard to disassemble

Put together very easily in anticipation of needing it after knee surgery. Did not use it so decided to return but we cannot get it apart to return it, May have to keep

Not for tall people

Very nice product for an average size person. Fair price, easy to assemble, very sturdy just not tall enough for my husband. He’s 6’2” he had hip replacement and they don’t want sitting more then a 90 degree angle. One more thing that kind of threw me is when I went into Amazon to return it and it said not returnable‼️ it’s in the box completely unused..what’s up with this? Be careful if your 6 ft or over look at another design. This one is made for small to average size.

Commode chair

Good chair for the price but it should have a softer seat to sit on especially after surgery too much space between the commode seat and the toilet should have had a plastic piece to go down further into the toilet to save on cleaning up the floor afterwards

Très utile, mais ne convient pas au poids indiqué, ma mère pèse 120 livres et le siège plis sous son poids, pourtant j'ai acheter plein de chose de cette marque et c'était toujours correct, mais lÈa le siège est vraiment vraiment trop mou.

EASY TO ASSEMBLE, STUDRY, COMFORTABLE

This is an easy to assemble, comfortable and sturdy item. I bought one for my mom and she is absolutely happy with this choice. Height is adjustable. Its also foldable.

Great for bedside/walking/hip problems

So easy to put together- no tools necessary, everything just snaps into place. Comfortable to sit on. Very sturdy. Love that the height is adjustable (on the four legs). Great purchase.

Not sturdy the legs will wobble

Not something that is good for a disabled person because the legs wobble and it's very loose and wobbly and makes you feel like you're going to fall off the chair
