Good fan speed and nice wind

Fan cover doesn’t fit properly as shown in the picture. Other than no complain. Speedy fan , nice cool wind.

Powerful But Cheap Plastic

Most of this fan is flimsy plastic. The grill has to be snapped together, and one part was slightly warped so it was difficult to do. The clips that connect the front and back grill are small, and I thought the grill would come flying off when I turned it on, but so far it’s holding together. It just took a few minutes to assemble. It’s very powerful. It was on low when I turned it on and I thought it was on high! It’s also very noisy. This won’t bother me, but something to consider. The remote just has a few functions and is easy to use. Did not come with the 2 AAA batteries it requires. The base is very wide so it seems stable. I’m not sure how long it will last, but it was only $50 and seems like it will do a good job of cooling the bedroom when I don’t use the A/C.

This Thing is Powerful

I love this fan. It's exactly what I was looking for. I need a fan when I sleep at night so all the options for "silent fans" was making think I would never find one for me. Well this fan not only has the perfect amount of noise (I keep it at level 2) it also keeps my entire bedroom nice and cool. Assembly was super easy and straightforward. No issues. The fan is also pretty light so it's easy to pick up and move. I noticed reviews mentioning broken or damaged parts. I didn't have that issue. I checked the entire fan when I unboxed it and there's not even a scuff anywhere on it. It was packaged very securely but maybe I was just lucky not getting any defects. I would recommend this fan. The included remote is nice though I did have to get batteries for it. Not a big deal I need batteries anyway lol I think it's priced right for the quality fan you're getting. I'm hoping it's very long lasting and durable because it's perfect for me!

Poorly Designed Parts

This makes the third fan we have bought from Lasko and now the fifth time the fan has flown apart while running. The first two times the spinner nut that holds the fan blade onto the motor unthreaded itself and flew apart inside the fan cage. We were able to reattach it but it finally striped out the threads and the company did send a replacement but they need to make this so it stays put. Now for the BIGGER problem! We are sleeping and the fan is running when suddenly the fan motor nut loosens itself and the whole fan come apart scaring us to death while we kill the power. This part has been coming undone on all three of the fans we have bought and I am about ready to glue this ring nut directly to the motor to prevent it from coming apart again. It goes back together runs for a bit then on its own loosens and flies apart.

Lasko makes decent fans. This is no exception.

Assembly is simple and the remote allows placing the unit a distance from the control point. Length of use is only two months so far, so service is unknown. IMHO, the only fault is the circular base. Where placement and furniture can be a problem, the four separate leg design is more flexible.

Little expensive but works well

I bought this fan about a month ago and have not needed to go higher then low. Pros: - It moves ALOT of air, could almost use a extra low setting. - Comes with batteries for remote - Large round base not cheap legs - Thick plastic Cons: - It does seem louder then my other 16 in fan - Remote could use oscillating button - Remote does need a clear line of sight - The base is a large solid circle, so it is hard to find a out of the way spot - The thick plastic takes force when trying to put it together

It is OK

The fan works and works pretty well. My issue is that it is pretty cheaply done especially for the price. If you are not careful you pull the pole out of the base very easily or the top part of the pole will fall down quickly because it will loosen. I also had some issues getting the front part of the fan on so I am not looking forward to taking it off for cleaning and then having to struggle to put it back on. I bought my daughter one similar to this last year and it was much better and cheaper I believe. Should have bought two of those instead. However, again, it does produce a nice cool breeze even on the lowest level - I just think the price needs to lowered drastically.

Great fan for the money

Fan is very easy to put together and will keep you nice and cool through the hot days,Will be using it in bedroom so can probably just use low setting as it is quite powerful on high so would be good to use in larger areas also. Very happy with this purchase

It’s quiet and really moves the air !!

I love my new fan. With the remote control I can change the speed without having to get out of bed. I find that it’s very quiet, perfect for sleeping and the Huge fan Really moves the air to cool me down. I don’t know what I’ve done without it all this time.
