The Floor is Lava!!

This game comes with so many different ways to play The Floor is Lava. I never would have thought of all these ways on my own. It keeps the kids entertained for a long while. When they get bored with the way they are playing, they switch to one of the other ways of playing. Thumbs up from this family

My kids love this!

We have 3 boys (ages 11, 8, 6) that loved playing 'floor is lava' on their own. They were constantly rearranging our furniture or putting the sofa cushions on the floor to play. That would drive me and my husband nuts! We got this and the kids are loving this alternative. The instructions come with 10 different game ideas to play. Our boys especially enjoy the variation of Marco Polo called 'Hello Volcano', which leaves them cracking up. The foam tiles are lightweight and easy to set up, even for our youngest. We play on hardwood floors, which can be a little slick at times, but the tiles grip well. It's a great way to get some extra physical activity and practice gross motor skills. They even prefer playing this to being on their tablets at times. Win-Win!

OK I guess

I think the product is overpriced for what you get. The sheets that kids should step on are not that big and if your home is not with carpet they can slip while moving from one to another place. We played it maybe twice and that was it. My kids enjoy more Floir is lava just with pillows and stuff around the house than this game.

Great Fun Family Game

My 3 and 5 year old love this game, there's enough pieces for the whole family to play and they're a foam type material so don't slide around on laminate flooring

Scandinavian fun!

My 3 year old thinks this game is called ‘florrislava’ and sounds very Scandinavian when saying it, so we’ve killed two birds with one stone: excellent family game and now our three year old sounds like she can speak another language. Great family fun!
