Must Have For Parents

I love this blender and steamer combo! I’ve looked at countless reviews and watched tons of product videos before deciding on this one. It makes the process of making baby food for your little one so easy! I love using it. There is no transferring or changing of pieces to switch from steaming to blending (this is what I was looking for). Other products complicate the process; this one makes it simple!!! I have made carrots, broccoli, green beans, sweet potatoes, apples, etc. Everything blends well with no chunks remaining. The instruction manual has a guide that has recommended steam times and draining recommendations. Super simple and so worth it!!!!

Good Buy

I like that I can steam and blend with the same tool. My blade bent pretty quickly, not sure how that occurred, but the blender still works well.

Good ideea for baby food prep, needs a better cook book section

The media could not be loaded. I like the idea of this product, in theory it's a one stop shop for baby food prepping. If you get the timing on the various food stuffs you're trying to make right you'll get a decent mashed result. I tried carrots at first, followed the recipe, even added 10 more minutes of steaming because I though the baby carrots were still a little too raw when I poked them after the 25 minute mark. Even with the extra time I still wasn't able to get a good mash with the blender, there were carrot chunks stuck to the walls of the blender. Potatoes went better, I didn't drain all the water like the recipe book recommended and ended up with a perfect, creamy smooth batch. Cleaning is a breeze, running water gets rid of the big chunks and a quick bath in the dishwasher takes care of the rest. This would get 5 stars if it had a reliable set of recipes. You'll have to figure out timing for consistent results because the cook book portion of the instruction manual is useless.

A great (versatile) baby food maker !

As an auntie to 6 (soon to be 8) nephews and nieces, I’ve tried my fair shares of everything baby. This blender is actually one of the better baby food makers I’ve tried. This one can do a lot of things and is easy to take care of. I actually requested this particular one so my sister and brother can use it for their babies when they are staying over. But I also use it to make kabocha squash soup for myself and it’s been working out great for the last 5 months! If you must get one baby food maker, get this one and you won’t need another !

User Friendly and Worth Buying!!!

I have several blenders at home, and I was hesitant about whether I should order another one exclusively for baby food. I'm so glad I ordered it. I'm satisfied with this baby food maker because it is time-saving, easy to clean, effortless to operate, and quiet compared to my other blenders. As shown in the pic, it can blend to a super fine texture. It didn't come with brushes, but fortunately, I have two brushes that work so well with it.

Sooo nice to have it all-in-one

For my first two kids I would steam veggies, etc on the stove or in the microwave and then have to transfer to a small food processor. It was a pain! Plus messy and only made small quantities. Being able to do both the steaming and the processing all-in-one appliance is soooo helpful!!! Less work. Less mess. Less clean up. AND this holds more than my dinky processor so I can make more food at any one time -- which any parent will know is invaluable! Soooo nice!!
