Burned my last pair in a breaker panel. Yeah. They were 40 years old. The yellow rubber insulating was still 100% in tact, so I am, as well. These are just a replacement pair.

Klein makes great hand tools. Fabulous pliers.

I purchased a pair of these years ago when I was an electrician's helper. They were stolen in a vehicle burglary in Boise, so I ordered a new pair. The originals were 7" standard longnose and these are bigger and have more steel in the nose. Good and sturdy. The stripper notch is the bomb. If you have a DIY project rewiring a house or shop, these are a must. Wish the cutting area was a but wider and included 10, 12 & 14 GA notches. At least a 14. They are 5 star pliers, but the $30 cost is a little high for 5 stars. 4 1/2 stars. Heirlooms.

Very durable

I bought these pliers after watching a YouTube video from a tool tester where these outperformed all other comprable pliers. They are stronger and much less likely to wear out quickly. I’ve used them quite a bit since purchase and I highly recommend them.

Excellent Quality

Heavy duty well crafted pliers! A little tight when you first use them, but "smooth out" to perfection with use. The tip is blunted (flat, not to an exact point) and is about 1/8th (one eighth) of an inch in width at the blunted end. I wanted them to replace an old light switch that had copper wire. They are more then sturdy to bend the wire, the blunted part was a little wide, I should have used a 1/16th tip. Got the job done, and all is well. Wish they had the tip dimension in the product specifications.

Se supone que está versión es hecha en Estados Unidos, pero la verdad el material es igual a las que utilizan en tulmex, y un acabado de mala calidad, siempre he estado satisfecho con todos los productos que he comprado de Klein, pero estás pinzas qué aunque las compré en promoción la verdad es que no cumplieron para nada las expectativas que tenía de ellas, cabe mencionar que las pinzas dicen que son hechas con acero de USA pero terminadas oye Klein tools México...y la verdad si se nota

Buen producto relacion costo beneficio

Se ven de buena calidad, no están apretadas como otros compradores han dicho. Yo las ocupo en un taller de reparación y reciclaje de impresoras. Y Lo que no me gustó mucho es que con la tinta, los forros de los mangos se mancharon de inmediato y ya no se pudieron limpiar. Me hubiera gustado que fueran impermeables a los líquidos, pero bueno eso es lo menos importante, lo realmente importante es que cumplan con su trabajo y hasta el momento lo hacen sin problema. Veremos la durabilidad con el tiempo. NOTA: olvidaba mencionar que el filo de la cuchilla es muy bueno, he cortado cables gruesos calibre 10 y 8 awg, tornillos, pijas, electrodos de soldadura 3/32 y 1/8, así como uno que otro clavo. Todo esto fue porque no tenía pinzas de electricista, pero viendo lo bien que me funcionaron estas, ya me compre unas de electricista. Buena compra. Y buen precio.

Me gustó su tamaño, su ergonomía, pero, no es fabricada totalmente en USA, es hecha con acero de USA y terminada en México, cambia la calidad pero por el precio de $330 estuvo más que genial, no deja de ser Klein y es una herramienta muy práctica.

Excelentes pinzas, la calidad es muy superior a otras marcas, estan hechas para durar muchos, muchos años y el precio me pareció muy bajo (para la calidad de las pinzas, puedes conseguir unas trupper por mucho menos pero no valen la pena para uso constante)
