Not Impressed

1st one came to damaged. 2nd 1 doesn't work a 100% right and looks like it's missing a piece. Not really happy but I needed a faucet now

Remodel staple

This is the 3rd remodel we've used this faucet and starting on our 4th absolutely love this faucet.

Sprayer is hard to use

Love the look and it functions fine but the spring tension is really tight so it’s hard to use the sprayer

The worst faucet on the market! I’ve replaced 5 faucet heads thus far!

This is absolutely the cheapest and worst faucet I have ever purchased. I have had 5 different faucet heads delivered from the manufacturer. I purchased two of these excuses for faucets over and they both are so poorly made that they both had issues even during install. I buy and sell homes, do yourself a favor and get a reputable brand and save yourself time and money. My contractor commented if these were from the Dollar Store when he was installing. Currently I am waiting for a reply from the manufacturer to send me an o-ring that’s now missing from replacing 5 faucet heads. I want my money back and labor compensated for an actual decent faucet to be installed.

Bought a second one for laundry/mud room

Nice faucet. Looks great in our kitchen.

The faucet head constantly breaks. To the point I received 8 or more new heads from manufacturers.

The heads don't stay on or they break within a week. Constantly sprays everywhere. I love all my other kingston brass but the nozzle head for this one sucks.

Damaged

Product arrived with paint and finish issues, it was stored while waiting for kitchen reno so I could not return. I will not buy online for projects like this in the future.
