Be warned, the adapter to make it fit American sinks is not stable. You’ll need extra hardware!

I love the way this faucet looks! I needed it for a filtered drinking water tap in my kitchen sink. It’s pretty and does not leak. Installation is just as hard as anything that requires a sink wrench, but you will need some more parts... I read a review that warned that I would have to do something to keep it from falling through the standard American sink opening, so I was impressed that they supplied an adapter. Unfortunately the adapter was not designed to keep the entire faucet fixture from rotating (not just the neck, which is supposed to turn). The adapter just has an o-ring under it for traction which doesn’t make enough contact with sink or fixture to prevent rotation. Also, the nut for the underside of the hole was too small and needed extra washers to keep it from going in the hole from the bottom. Ugh! I was forewarned, but I had no idea how hard it would be to find washers and gaskets big enough! I solved the problem with several trips to the hardware store and a gasket scavenged from our old hand soap pump that was the previous occupant of the same sink opening. Be warned!

Beautiful and functional

Exactly as described and looks beautiful next to my polished chrome faucet. I will note that if you don't use it overnight and live in a humid climate that you may need to use pipe cleaners on it weekly, since that gross red bacteria (the one that's slimy and often referred to as mold or mildew) can build up in the long neck. I also turn it on for a moment before getting a drink from it, then turn it back on to fill my glass. Overall, I'd recommend this faucet since it came with everything we needed to install it, and it's been working excellent since.

Very happy with this purchase!

We purchased this R/O spout to go with our new granite sink and it looks awesome! We also purchased a faucet with the same color and style and the R/O spout. The spout came on time and with no problems. We’ve been using it for about 8 months and it still looks beautiful and works perfectly.

Not oil rubbed bronze

Looks nice, seems well built but it's just black, not an oil rubbed bronze.

Good product but needs better quality control at factory.

There were no instructions provided for installation and the website didn't help. Originally, after installation it leaked internally through an improperly installed o-ring where the gooseneck meets the valve area. The factory o-ring was cut during assembly. Rather than send it back, I replaced the o-ring and reinstalled it. It works perfectly now and looks great.

Would have given 5 stars, but installation instructions not in package and file is missing from their web site. Had to wing it.

Great value for the money

I can’t believe how high-end this water filtration faucet looks for the money. The finish matches another brand’s polished chrome perfectly. No complaints!
