Zero customer service

Updated review: some policy change meant I can no longer give keltum 5 star reviews. If it arrives broken in improper packaging Amazon directs me to keltum and keltum to Amazon. Also if you want to get matching dishes they need to come from the same batch or you're out of luck color wise. So no ordering one as a trial or adding to a set. It's all or nothing. If it comes intact... Aside from the consistency and lack of customer service they are nice dishes.

Smokey Blue is more slate...

Nice bowl but the color is more slate than blue as depicted in the product photo. Disappointed with the color but it’s still a very nice bowl.

Beautiful Bowl for the price!

Love the size of this bowl, the perfect size for a nice salad at family dinners. It's so nicely made and at this price point, you can't beat it! Even looks great on the table as a centerpiece with some fruit.

Decent bowl, good for serving two, decent depth so holds more food

This is a pretty bowl to have for small home. I actually have this as it saves space but can hold a good amount of food. It is only 10 inches but it has a 4 inch depth so it can hold more. The dish design is simple and nice white glossy look. It is easy to clean and does not seem to have any scratches after a scrub. There were no issues with cracks or any additional designs to it. It is just a simple bowl. The bowl itself is a bit on the thinner end in material so it is lighter but makes me worried about durability. The simplistic look makes it a beautiful bowl to have for any time of the day which is nice. I use this for dinner and lunch mostly as it makes for a great salad bowl. You can also use it to store left overs for a few days if needed. The dish is microwave and dishwasher safe. This dish was packed well so they arrived safe with nothing broken or chipped. It was all in perfect condition. You could stack smaller bowls in this but I would not recommend it. Overall these is a big bowl that is easy to store and that looks great. It is lighter which makes me question durability. It does not get scratched up too easily and it is easy to clean.

Contemporary "Misshapen" Design For Unique But Simple Bowl

This stoneware bowl with its reactive glaze is both simple and attractive, with a unique shape that catches your eye. It is intentionally not round, as the bottom footprint demonstrates, and that gives it a artisan feel. Although it's not a huge bowl, it still holds about 8 cups, much more than I expected of the 10" diameter size. The 4" of height gives it significant volume. The stoneware is not a stark white but rather one mixed with some gray and with the beige of the stoneware showing through. Because the glaze is a reactive one, it gives the surface a visual texture that you wouldn't see in a bowl with a uniform glaze. My bowl has a beige rim where the glaze is the thinnest, although not every bowl will look identical. Because I've recently switched to an all-white dinnerware set that doesn't have its own serving pieces, I use this bowl several times a week. It is both dishwasher- and microwave-safe according to the product page, even though it's not stamped as such on the bottom. I've run it through my dishwasher with no ill-effects. I really love the contemporary, artisan look of this bowl. Because it's stoneware, it doesn't fit well with a formal table setting; however, for everyday use, it's gorgeous. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Solid, good weight, perfect as a serving dish or for decor!

Really nice and simple bowl that seems to “catch” the light and reflect a pretty gloss! It’s large enough to use when serving side dishes to a large group, or perfect for man dishes like pasta, stews, curries, or roasts, for your family meals. I may end up using this for food serving, but it’s so pretty and simple (with a little “extra flair” due to the fact that it is not perfect round like a typical bowl) that I might just use it as a decorative piece to hold various seasonal items like pine cones, mini pumpkins, fake snowballs, or ornaments. It’s very sturdy and I’m happy to report that it’s weight has (so far!) prevented my cats from knocking it off the counter… like they do with EVERYTHING ELSE!
